Steps Involved:

One or two visits to the property by Hostbnb experts

Detailed list of things that need to be done and purchased to make the property Airbnb-ready (including suggestions on furniture and decor to enhance the appeal of the property)

Homeowner can purchase items themselves or Hostbnb can purchase them for a fee

Professional photos of the property for use in the listing

Creation of the Airbnb listing on the property owner's account

Creation of a welcome book containing house rules and local attractions

One-hour orientation on how to use the Airbnb platform and advice on how to run a successful short-term rental property.
