Although Hostbnb as a company was established in 2022, we are a family-run business that has been managing rentals for over 30 years. Our experience goes beyond property ownership and management. We also bring a strong background in hospitality, which gives us valuable insight into guest services, operations, and creating exceptional experiences that guests remember.

Mike | Owner
Growing up in the hospitality industry, Mike brings over 15 years of valuable experience to Hostbnb. From overseeing prestigious hotels in Banff, Alberta, to consulting with professionals across North America, Europe, and the Caribbean, Mike brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
With a strong background in revenue management, Mike will ensure your property is profitable without compromising guest satisfaction.
Nicole | Owner
A well-seasoned traveller, Nicole has been passionate about the hospitality industry since childhood. Her career in hospitality started by managing a backpackers hostel in downtown Toronto. She then moved to the Canadian Rockies, managing several property rentals. For the past five years, she has managed short and long-term rentals in Simcoe County and the GTA. Nicole has maintained a Super Host status on Airbnb for the past five years and has established herself as one of the top Airbnb hosts in the area.

Kelly | Operations Manager
Kelly is our Operations Manager, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure both our team and our clients are well supported.
Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her kids, boating on beautiful Georgian Bay, or relaxing with friends, family, and her dog.
A fun fact: Kelly used to be a chocolatier, so she knows a thing or two about creating sweet experiences! All around, she’s a great person to have on our team and in the community.
