Nicole Thielmann
A well-seasoned traveller, Nicole has been passionate about the hospitality industry since childhood. Her career in hospitality started by managing a backpackers hostel in downtown Toronto. She then moved to the Canadian Rockies, managing several property rentals. For the past five years, she has managed short and long-term rentals in Simcoe County and the GTA. Nicole has maintained a Super Host status on Airbnb for the past five years and has established herself as one of the top Airbnb hosts in the area.
Nicole has a keen eye for detail and treats every property as if it were her own.

Mike | Owner
Growing up in the hospitality industry, Mike started his career as a housekeeper. He quickly worked his way up to hotel manager at a prestigious hotel in Banff, Alberta. Upon moving to Ontario, he obtained a Consultant position and worked with hospitality professionals all over North America, Europe and the Caribbean. Mike's vast knowledge of the hospitality industry and guest experience has been a valuable asset to Hostbnb.
With a strong interest in revenue management, Mike will ensure your property is profitable while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Meet Tania, the dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Manager at Hostbnb.
Tania has been an integral part of the Hostbnb family for four years, working closely with the owners Mike and Nicole to ensure that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Tania is an avid traveler and outdoor lover. When she's not at work, you can find her spending time on a farm looking after horses. Her caring nature and attention to detail translate seamlessly into her role at Hostbnb.
With Tania at the helm of the housekeeping department, guests can rest assured that their rooms will be impeccably clean, comfortable and welcoming.
