We manage the listing on our platforms or through your existing Airbnb account by responding to guest inquiries, accepting or rejecting potential guests, leaving reviews, and managing the calendar.

Perform a preparatory clean to bring the home up to 5-star standard at a rate of $45/hour (mandatory before listing commencement).

Option to coordinate and supervise all property care (such as lawn mowing, snow removal, maintenance, emergency services etc) with local companies, or depending on the task, we may provide this service at a rate of $45/hour. Hostbnb's fee for coordinating outside services is 20% of any contractor invoices.

Set an optimal price for the property based on location, time of year, etc.

Take payment directly from Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia, remove all fees and expenses and provide you with a detailed invoice along with a cheque, direct deposit or e-transfer for your monthly income.

Coordinate cleaners and linen laundering between guests.

We personally inspect the property before and after each booking to ensure nothing has been missed and to determine if any theft or damage has occurred.

Provide a comprehensive list of property necessities and purchase on your behalf any items missing at a rate of material plus 20%.

Act as the point of contact for guests staying at the property via phone 24/7 and instant messaging until 9pm.
